A message from Roxanne:
Hi! I'm Roxanne Linder, owner and operator of One13. As a recent graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, I've always had a passion for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences. Growing up in my family's restaurant business taught me that hospitality is about so much more than a space or a meal—it's about how you make people feel. I'm excited to bring that same heart for hospitality to One13.
My Story
One13 is a new chapter built on years of experience in the hospitality industry and a love for events. After growing up working alongside my family at Forest City Fish Camp, I knew I wanted to continue building something of my own while staying connected to the family business that shaped me.
In partnership with my dad, David Linder, I've created One13 as a versatile event space where people can celebrate, gather, and make memories. From weddings and showers, to birthday parties, community events, and unique experiences hosted right here at One13. My goal is to make every event feel personal and welcoming.
I'm proud to serve Rutherfordton and the surrounding community, and I can't wait to see the memories created within these walls.
